F-35 Mission Effectiveness Interoperability and Integration Lead

F-35 Mission Effectiveness Interoperability and Integration Lead in Ridgecrest, CA at DCS Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding Air Wing system of systems engineering supporting Survivability, Lethality and Battlespace Knowledge capability programing, and technology insertion focusing on F35 TR2, F-35 TR3 with other Navy Airforce Airwing configurations to improve mission effectiveness.
The Mission modeling team will provide mission models and automated test tools to the F-35 program that will enhance the speed of requirements, test development, test execution and defect finding.
Essential Job Functions:
Direct the Agile development of the Mission Model based system engineering integral to F-35 Digital Transformation in support of MBSE mission development of Automated Test and Retest across the F-35 Enterprise.
Provide Senior Engineer expertise and guidance to team members, Government, and Contractor Capability SMEs, providing continuity across the Mission Effectiveness community of practice.
Influence mission effectiveness requirements development, test planning, cost and quality of capabilities delivered to USN, USMC, USAF, International Partners and FMS Customers.
Support the coordination of personnel, funding, material, security, and facilities resources and requirements.
Identify interoperability issues and propose mission effectiveness COAs.
Identify the most efficient and effective test venues (HWIL, modeling, simulation and open-air testing) to verify interoperability across warfighting mission domains.

Citizenship is required.
A Bachelor's degree associated with Science, Technical, Engineering or Mathematics is required.
Must possess minimum 15 years experience with Mission Systems, Weapons Integration and Mission Engineering.
Active DoD Top Secret security clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility is required.
Demonstrated experience in integrating Mission Systems, Weapons, multi-platform sensor performance assessments.
Demonstrated experience as an Agile Product Manager of Mission Model Based System Engineering Agile development teams.
