Summary:
This position supports the EIS group for ESSM.
Candidate will be required to support EIS Block 5.
Candidate must be able to model missile RF and radar modelling.
Candidate must be able to immediately step in and develop/support the EIS team.
Candidate will be required to attend meeting, perform requirements decomposition, perform system engineering, perform project planning, and subsequently write necessary code.
Candidate should have familiarity with Radar (gimble, antenna), missile scans, clutter/errors, drops and other issues that may impact the ability to complete the build.
Must be able to perform critical thinking to provide full support, which may require obtaining a generic RF model that can be adapted.
Candidate must work well within a team environment, but also be productive on their own.
Exceptional communication skills are required, both verbal and written.
Candidate must also be familiar with Simulink.
Candidate must have a current security clearance.
Education:
MS in system engineering or RF engineering or related field preferred, BS in System Engineering or RF engineering is desired.
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 15 years System Engineering, Project Planning and Management, and modeling.
