Are you an experienced Program Manager who would prefer a flexible schedule? Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is actively seeking a half-time Program Manager at China Lake. Position would require working Monday thru Friday from 8am to 12pm. The Program Manager is responsible for managing the performance of a technical program as well as a small group of people in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform daily oversight
Verify inspection and testing is performed and documented
Manage office engineer who is responsible for maintaining/cataloging inspection records, and shop drawings
Review change order requests
Monitor progress against approved installation/maintenance schedule
Participate in progress meetings as required
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Gather documents, reports, photos, from CM field staff and prepare for official submission.
Job Requirements :
Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years of related management experience. Active Secret security clearance is required or the ability to obtain an interim before start date. The successful candidate will plan and oversee fiber-optic and cable installation projects in Ridgecrest and Ventura County. The candidate will be experienced in network planning, installation, maintenance, repairs and testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgets, schedule management, procurement, quality control, commissioning, estimating oversight, and project closeout. Additional responsibilities include preparing weekly status reports, capturing meeting minutes, maintaining inspection reports, and providing construction progress reports to senior management and the client.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
