Program Management Analyst

Position Description Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Program Management Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions. The candidate will be responsible for providing Project Control and Purchasing support to program managers by establishing a cost accounting structure; monitoring and analyzing actuals costs (both labor and non-labor) using Deltek Costpoint and comparing to the program budget; developing and reporting financial metrics, and investigating and analyzing cost and schedule variances. Must have experience monitoring material costs and analyzing material cost variances. Will also coordinate work with Corporate Contracts, Pricing, and Accounting to ensure projects are setup and managed according to Dynetics' processes. The candidate will support proposals, project setup, execution, and closing.     IND2 Basic Qualifications Candidate Must Have BS in Business or Related Field and 5+ years of experience. The candidate will be expected to resolve issues related to labor reporting, direct cost accumulation, revenue recognition, invoicing, etc. In addition to programmatic tasks, the candidate will perform administrative duties and coordination with internal and external organizations. The position will be a key point of contact for technical project leads and personnel managers. Other Qualifications The candidate should have experience with material purchasing on DoD contracts. Security Requirements Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
